529 GHOSTBUSTERS:
TEHY ARE BACK - Oktober Chill v1.0
Happy Halloween 2017!
Heavily inspired by by the 80's cinema anthem, the new track turned my childhood favorite into the digital techno/house music.
Following the disco dancers out of wired tales like vampires, ghosts, skeletons, the undeads, the underground deities, a pumpkin scarecrow, a demon and an ax man, now THEY'RE BACK!
GHOSTBUSTERS!!
Thanks for playmobil collaborating with the legendary icons.
playmobil and more:
Everybody knows that Geobra licensed the Ghostbusters franchise and released the series of dream collaboration. Needless to say the three Ph.D. and Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, I love Terror Dogs!! It's super real!! Out of the flourishing series, Gene has bought;
- 9221 Stantz and Stay Puft
- 9223 Venkman and Dana with Terror Dogs
- 9224 Spengler and Ghost
The other playmobil figures are my usual Halloween army. Just no witches in this movie because I wanted the video more horror based, not fantasy tales. The witches however are already rolled out in my room;-)
The spiders are from BULLYLAND, Papo, and more.
The bizarre machine named BUSTER GHOST is my custom built plastic model.
Based on the Kotobukiya's FRAME ARMS 010 STRAUSS, the huge machete, the samurai sword and a battle ax together with the blade edge style tale wings, changed the night stalking robot into the bloody assassin machine. It's like a Mecha-Jason!?
Track: Oktober Chill
Three drum kits out of NI MASCHINE, and synth bass and lead by MASSIVE, plus synthetic vocal, the track is almost completely digital based.Fat but tight kick bass and repeated drum riff of 16 steps together with the strong synth sound wiped out the hot summer dullness and brought Oktober chill. Maybe.
The continuous drum riff of 16 steps is actually a simple sequence out of one kit. The kit was super nice. I love kick. I love metals. I love chords.
The track is gradually grown by adding drum kit one on one, and base line, and synth lead. The introduction part, which shows the series of playmobil Halloween figures, have no essence of the original Ghostbusters' soundtrack. Later, some rhythm and melody line are based on the golden track but the tones are much changed. Do you find it?
Happy Halloween!
